In the "trenches" of the Magistrates Court most days Criminal Lawyers are doing their best to achieve great outcomes for clients. Legal representation is not always available, I write to offer some insights into how Criminal Lawyers advance their cases and offer resources that work for me to assist un-represented people and my criminal lawyer colleagues. These are my observations and resources but should absolutely not be substituted for seeking out and being represented by a lawyer, especially where the stakes are high and your future freedoms and liberties are at risk.
